Communicate with managers, team leaders, team members, and clerical staff in other plant departments on matters applicable to warehouse operations. Also ensure warehouse operations are safe, sanitary, efficient, cost effective, and meet all NQS standards.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nTrain and provide technical guidance to shift team members, including forklift operators and the warehouse clerk.\nAssign work tasks to team members and monitor task completion.\nEnsure safe work practices and promote a safe work environment.\nAddress and resolve personnel, mechanical, operational, and resource-related issues.\nDraft procedures and handle administrative tasks such as reviewing time records, scheduling vacations, and filling out supply requests.\nCoordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.\nKeep team members informed about administrative matters, policies, procedures, and performance.\nProvide regular feedback to team members regarding their individual work performance.\nCommunicate with Logistics Manager/Warehouse Manager regarding warehouse operations and significant matters.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required \n3 years operational experience in a manufacturing setting\n2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment\nSalary: $67,767.30 to $93,053.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
