This role is cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions and contributes to a team-focused environment committed to safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effective operations. Ensuring accurate and on-time delivery to customers is a core priority.\nCompensation\nThis position comes with a base pay of $24.86/hr.\nAvailable Shifts & Differentials\n2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (+$1.00/hr shift differential)\nKey Responsibilities\n- Follow all company SOPs related to Safety, Quality, Operations, and People.\n- Load, unload, stage, and store products using powered industrial trucks (PIT).\n- Pick product in less-than-pallet quantities and manually assemble mixed pallets.\n- Stack/unstack products; lift 35 lbs frequently and 65 lbs occasionally.\n- Meet or exceed productivity and performance standards.\n- Use written instructions to accurately pick and process orders.\n- Prepare and complete customer orders and documentation.\n- Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners.\n- Conduct work safely to protect self and others.\n- Support inventory control processes including cycle counts.\n- Maintain a clean, organized work area.\n- Process damaged product and support recoup activities.\n- Maintain reliable attendance; work overtime as required.\nQualifications\nPreferred:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n2+ years general work experience\n6+ months forklift/PIT experience\nExperience with slip-sheet or reach trucks\nRequired:\nBasic English communication skills\nBasic math skills\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to work in a team environment\nAbility to troubleshoot routine issues\nAbility to work various shifts including nights/weekends/holidays\nAbility to work overtime\nWorking Conditions\nWarehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, noise, machinery, dust, and repetitive physical activity including walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.\nPay: $24.86 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
