Join us in enriching the lives of pets and the people who love them.\nA day in the life of a Warehouse Operator\nAs a Warehouse Operator your major responsibilities will include:\nCase Picking\nUnderstand and operate all SAP-WM functions correctly.\nCase pick product according to customer specifications, layering guidelines, one SKU per pallet as special requirements.\nWrap, label, and stage all case pick in the specified stage location.\nMeet or exceed the Case Pick KPI requirements.\nTruck Loader and Unloader\nPre-plan each shipment to ensure weight distribution, load integrity, and that shipping instructions will be followed. \nUnderstand and utilize appropriate loading and unloading procedures ensuring both Safety and Food Safety.\nSafely perform product retrieval and put away.\nPerform and document required Trailer inspections.\nUse adequate dunnage on trailers to ensure load integrity and safe during transit.\nUnderstand and operate all SAP-WM functions correctly.\nSanitation\nUnderstand and follow sanitation requirements and follow prescribed schedule.\nParticipate in other sanitation activities as required.\nOther Duties and Responsibilities\nWork in a safe manner and adhere to all prescribed safety requirements.\nRegular attendance and disciplined work habits.\nNeed to be a team player and work within a team setting\nJob functions are rotational.\nAttend the daily Shift Hand Over (SHO) as part of the NCE process.\nWhat will make you successful?\nAs the successful candidate, you will be the ultimate team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
