The successful candidate will ensure efficient and structured warehouse processes, maintain safety standards, and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence. This is a second shift opening working onsite M-F 12:30p-9:00p with occassional weekend hours required.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise Warehouse Operations: Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. This includes the oil bay, railroad, product support, receiving and shipping\nInventory Management: Ensure that regular cycle counts are conducted to improve inventory accuracy. Always adhere to the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) principle.\nStaff Management: Develop the warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures. Collaborate closely with team leaders to schedule adequate staffing based on factory needs\nLogistics Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of goods and optimize logistics processes\nProcess Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Create standards and provide structure for daily activities\nSafety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff\nReporting: Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, prepare reports for management, and address any operational issues promptly\nEquipment Management: Collaborate with factory maintenance to ensure that the preventive maintenance (PM) programs for equipment are followed and that timely repairs are conducted on all warehouse equipment, including pallet stretch wrappers, palletizers, and overhead conveyors. Additionally, coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure that all powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment is properly maintained and serviced. \nQualifications and Education\nBA / BS Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent experience\n2 years of supervisory/people leader experience required \nSAP experience preferred\nProven experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment preferred \nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team \nExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities \nFirm understanding of the end to end supply chain from the time of raw material receipt to the shipment of the final finished product \nSalary: $74,544.03 to $102,358.30 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
