Are you ready to join us?\nA day in the life of...\n- Lead, manage and oversee key critical projects for the business\n- Be the strategic business point of contact, as well as point of escalation for the business\n- Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across all websites in scope\n- Manage content enhancement and coordinate features implementation across multiple assigned websites\n- Coordinate website template changes from functional specification to implementation testing and acceptance\n- Coordinate requests with other Website Optimization services\n- Coordinate activities with external agencies and internal IT teams (MSE)\n- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs of all team members\n- Deliver training on new features, be main point of contact for\nensuring team is fully trained\n- Develop documentation to enhance and optimize Project management efficiencies\n- Install new content and edit existing HTML within CMS platform; ensure content is accurate; ensure timely publication\n- Improve/create illustrations in Photoshop in collaboration with marketing and design teams\n- Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines- Maintain the websites once content is live and ensure the information is accurate\n- Mentor and support other website content editors (project managers) Be involved in the PDP process and active career development\n- Hire, onboard and train new employees- Ensure alignment with other internal teams (tech team, QA team, SEO team)\nWhat will make you successful\nUniversity Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields \nExcellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English \nHands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years) \nAbility to work with colleagues and partners located around the world \nHighly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers \nA team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience\nMeeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets \nExcellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times \nAble to manage both speed and quality \nHands on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8), SEO and analytic tools (at least 3 years) \nSolid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools (Google marketing Platform, Google Optimize) \nSolid understanding of SEO concepts and tools (ideally BrightEdge, DeepCrawl…). \nSolid understanding of user experience optimization concepts and tools (SessionCam, Usabilla) \nFamiliarity with benchmarking tools (ideally SimilarWeb) \nGood understanding of the digital marketing landscape \nAbility to work with ticketing and workflow tool \nExperience working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment \nAt least 1 year experience managing (overseeing) a team from Project Lead perspective\nPosition Snapshot\nLocation: Meycauayan, Bulacan, PH\nCompany: Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc.\nFull-time, Hybrid\nPosition Summary\nJoining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and beverage company in the world.
