All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nAs an Operations Clerk II, you will support the department by tracking production, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth operations. You will utilize digital tools, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and keep processes organized. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform clerical tasks to support departmental operations\n\nPrepare and maintain accurate records and productivity reports\n\nAssist with documentation and reporting to meet SOP and GMP standards\n\nSupport departmental goals and special assignments as needed\n\nFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and company policies\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or GED (preferred)\n\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred)\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout the shift\n\nComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens\n\nFlexibility to work overtime based on business needs\n\nFluent in English, with the ability to understand and follow instructions\n\nSKILLS:\nProficient in using computers, tablets, and basic digital tools\n\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\nAnalytical mindset with problem-solving skills; able to identify trends and recommend actions\n\nStrong organizational and time management abilities\n\n2nd shift employees are entitled to an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential.\nPay: $21.50 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
