This role provides administrative and operational support across media relations, sample trafficking, press requests, events, reporting, and general PR initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the PR team with daily media requests, press outreach, and follow-up.\nMaintain and update media lists, press contacts, and editorial calendars.\nMonitor and track press coverage and assist with regular reporting.\nSupport preparation of press materials, media alerts, briefing documents, and presentations.\nResearch relevant editors, publications, and industry opportunities.\nCoordinate sample requests, loans, returns, and shipments, maintaining accurate tracking.\nLiaise with internal teams and external partners regarding product availability and sample requests.\nSupport press events, launches, dinners, appointments, and other brand activations.\nAssist with guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, event materials, and on-site execution.\nSupport scheduling, meetings, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative needs.\nMaintain organized PR files, contact databases, calendars, and reporting documents.\nPartner with Events, Marketing, Social, and other cross-functional teams on key initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field preferred.\n1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships within PR, communications, fashion, luxury, or a related industry.
