You'll work across Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations, keeping our systems reliable, secure, and easy to deploy. You'll partner with development teams and take ownership of services end to end. You'll also use AI as a core part of how you work, both to move faster and to find smarter ways to run and improve the platform.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\nBuild and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code\nDesign, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines so teams can ship quickly and safely\nSupport production: incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis\nPlan and run releases and deployments across environments\nBuild monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to catch issues before customers do\nAutomate repetitive operational work with scripting and tooling\nUse AI tools every day for coding, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation, and help the team use them effectively\nFind opportunities to apply AI across DevOps workflows, such as incident triage, pipeline insights, and infrastructure automation\nApply security best practices, including secrets management, managed identities, and least-privilege access\nHelp manage cloud cost and capacity\nDocument systems, runbooks, and decisions, and share knowledge across the team\nMentor other engineers and work with development, product, and security teams\nQUALIFICATIONS\n4+ years in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering\nBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience\nREQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE\nOur stack is Azure and Microsoft-based. Strong experience with equivalent platforms and tools is welcome.\nAzure cloud services\nTerraform\nAzure DevOps pipelines\nPowerShell\nSQL Server\nContainers, such as Azure Container Apps or Docker\nObservability tools such as New Relic or Application Insights\nAI assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude, used regularly in day-to-day work\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nBuilding AI agents or AI-driven automation for DevOps workflows\nPostgreSQL\nHealthcare or other regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)\nAzure or Terraform certifications\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
