The ideal candidate will be capable of quickly understanding business processes, organizing projects and tasks, and communicating at all levels of the organization.\nJob Requirements\nBusiness Functional Knowledge\nPartner with business users to define scalable, flexible and cost-effective processes aligned with current and future business needs.\n\nDesign process improvements with minimal disruption to existing systems while considering the impact on key stakeholders.\n\nEvaluate proposed changes to ensure the best overall fit for the organisation.\n\nServe as an ERP subject matter expert, maintaining strong knowledge of ERP functionality, features, capabilities and modules.\n\nIdentify opportunities to leverage ERP capabilities to improve business efficiency, user experience and cost effectiveness.\n\nBusiness Requirements & Technical Team Coordination\nTranslate business needs into clear IT and functional requirements for process and system changes.\n\nLead mid-to-large ERP projects, managing project teams, timelines, priorities, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.\n\nLead/co-lead design sessions to identify process gaps, requirements and improvement opportunities.\n\nDevelop detailed functional design documentation for conversions, interfaces, integrations and reports.\n\nCoordinate with IT development and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle and drive resolution of issues.\n\nDevelop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure solution quality and business readiness.\n\nSupport & Sustaining Operations\nMonitor implemented systems and business processes to ensure stability, effectiveness and high performance.\n\nManage support requests and drive timely, thorough resolution of functional and system issues.\n\nPartner with vendor support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system performance, processing and application-related issues.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP processes, functionality and overall operational efficiency.\n\nEducation\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology.\nVery good understanding of key business concepts, processes, and terminology including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting \n10+ years of experience with supporting or configuring Oracle ERP systems to enhance functionality.\n3+ years of Oracle ERP Project Leadership.\nRequired Skills and Abilities: \n\nBachelor’s Degree in relevant field;
