This individual will work closely with multiple teams in HR. This role will also partner with other teams in IT, and work directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve the employee experience and support key business processes across the employee lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, a solid understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. Thus, the ability to build relationships and stakeholder management are essential.\nJob Requirements\nBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business leaders to understand business priorities and operational challenges.\nLead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and process reviews.\nConfigure and unit test your own solutions\nDocument business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.\nEvaluate enhancement requests and help prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the internal user and employee experiences.\nYou create frameworks and processes that help the HR team deliver results. You understand that different stakeholders each bring a unique and valuable perspective to conversations. You know how to practice active listening and communicate in a way that facilitates true understanding from your stakeholders and partners. You understand the needs, concerns, and challenges typical of HR organizations.
