Because we value engineers who can work across the whole delivery lifecycle, you may also contribute to build, release, and automation tooling when the team needs it.\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deliver features and services for our products and platform.\nOwn technical designs end to end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and operations.\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code, and set standards through code reviews and design discussions.\nImprove the performance, scalability, reliability, and security of our systems.\nLead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence direction across multiple teams.\nMentor engineers and help grow engineering capability on the team.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, and developer tooling as needed, helping reduce manual work and speed up delivery.\nRequired Qualifications\n8-12 years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering production systems.\nStrong programming skills in one or more of Go, Python, Java, or C/C++.\nExperience building cloud-native and distributed systems, including containers (Docker) and Kubernetes.\nSolid grounding in software design, data structures, APIs, and testing strategies, including unit, integration, and automated testing.\nExperience with Git workflows, including branching and merge strategies, pull request workflows, and code review best practices.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence technical direction.\nWillingness to work on CI/CD and automation when the team’s needs require it.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.\nScripting and automation in Bash, Groovy, or PowerShell.\nExperience with Helm, infrastructure as code, or DevSecOps practices.\nExperience with observability, performance tuning, or large-scale storage and data systems.\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.\nThe target salary range for this position is 170,000 - 253,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
