Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process\nJob Summary\nNetApp is looking for an experienced Cloud Marketplace Operations Program Manager to help operate and scale our business across AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace among others.\nThis role sits at the intersection of cloud commerce, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations. You will own critical Marketplace operational processes, help resolve complex transaction and platform issues, and build scalable processes that make it easier for NetApp sellers, partners, and customers to transact through hyperscaler Marketplaces.\nWe’re looking for someone who combines strong program management with hands-on operational experience and is comfortable turning complex or ambiguous problems into simple, repeatable solutions.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn and continuously improve key operational processes across Hyperscaler Cloud Marketplaces.\nOwn the end-to-end Private Offer process. You will serve as the central point of contact to ensure deals are closed in a timely manner, proactively loop in all required stakeholders, and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales cycle.\nSupport organizational growth by coaching adjacent teams through process changes and capability rollouts.\nPartner with Product and Engineering on Marketplace capabilities, integrations, APIs, and operational requirements.\nCoordinate initiatives across Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Procurement, and other stakeholders.\nEstablish clear processes, documentation, controls, ownership, and escalation paths.\nTranslate hyperscaler Marketplace requirements and changes into actionable business and technical requirements.\nDefine and track operational metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.\nLead additional Cloud Operations programs as business priorities evolve.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in cloud operations, program management, business operations, product operations, or a related field.\nExperience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams.\nPreferred Experience\nPrivate offers and enterprise Marketplace transactions.\nMarketplace APIs, integrations, listings, fulfilment, billing, entitlement, or subscription lifecycle management.\nEnterprise software sales or cloud partner ecosystems.\nProduct Management or Product Operations.\nAWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nThe target salary range for this position is $100,000 to 130,000.
