with external counsel and oversee legal budgets and resources as necessary. \nQualifications\nMinimum of 12 years of professional legal experience focused on employment law, with demonstrable in-house counsel experience in the technology industry. \nDeep understanding of global employment law frameworks and cross-border compliance issues. \nAuthorized to practice law in Ireland. \nExperience providing legal support to multinational corporations and working with diverse teams across different countries. \nExcellent issue spotting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
