infrastructure storage technologies and competitive landscape in the Taiwan marketplace.\nStrong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.\nExcellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.\nPossesses an established network of executive relationships with customer decision makers, key industry partners, as well as top talent.\nProven experience in public speaking and media interviews.\nStrong business acumen and financial analysis skills.\nExperience in developing and executing strategic plans.\nExperience with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in Taiwan.\nProvide management oversight to sales managers within the Region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment .\nIdentify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new customer segments and expand market share.\nReview and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, coach high-performing employees, and establishing a highly motivational work environment, to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.\nIdentify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market position and drive growth.\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management and execution of business processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nRecruit, hire, and develop top talent to support business growth.\nFoster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture that aligns with the company's values.\nServe as the company spokesperson, representing the
