Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years in leading and scaling high-performing product teams across geographies. \nDemonstrated strategic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and storage technologies, including IaaS/PaaS products. \nHands-on expertise with NetApp ONTAP and deep understanding of cloud storage architectures. \nAbility to manage multiple complex projects involving diverse customers and stakeholders. \nExceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills; able to influence and build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders. \nAnalytical mindset, proficient in leveraging data, market insights, and quantitative analysis to drive product strategy and decisions. \nCustomer-focused, with a demonstrated ability to build products that resolve pain points and deliver measurable business outcomes. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias for action and ownership mentality. \nEducation\nBSc or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field; or Equivalent work experience. \nCompensation:\nThe target salary range for this position is 227,800 - 338,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
