Working at the intersection of People Analytics, AI, Product Management, Data Engineering, and Governance, this role will play a key part in advancing NetApp's People Analytics strategy and enabling trusted, AI-powered workforce intelligence.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Workforce Intelligence\nDefine and execute the roadmap for Workforce Intelligence and AI-powered People Analytics products.\nDesign scalable workforce intelligence solutions that support HR, leaders, and employees.\nTranslate complex workforce questions into intuitive, user-centered experiences.\nDrive adoption, product effectiveness, and measurable business outcomes.\nAI Skills, Agents & Conversational Analytics\nLead development of AI Skills, AI Agents, and conversational analytics capabilities.\nBuild AI-powered experiences that enable natural language interaction with workforce data.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to accelerate workforce insights and decision support.\nEnsure AI solutions are trusted, transparent, and aligned with responsible AI principles.\nData Governance, Security & Trust\nDefine governance frameworks, access models, and guardrails for workforce intelligence products.\nPartner with HR, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to ensure workforce data is secure, trusted, and used responsibly.\nEstablish role-based access controls, data governance standards, and AI safety practices.\nBalance strong governance with seamless access to insights and self-service analytics.\nData Platform & Analytics Engineering\nGuide development of AI-ready workforce data products and analytics capabilities on Snowflake.\nPartner with HR and IT teams on data modeling, semantic layer design, ETL processes, and analytics architecture.\nEnsure workforce intelligence solutions are scalable, governed, and reusable across the enterprise.\nPeople Leadership & Capability Building\nLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on Workforce Intelligence and AI products.\nBuild organizational capability in AI, analytics engineering, product management, and responsible AI.\nEstablish best practices, operating processes, and development pathways for the team.\nFoster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience leading a team.\nExperience building scalable People Analytics, AI, or digital products.\nStrong understanding of People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Product Management, or related disciplines.\nExperience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.\nExperience with SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and modern analytics architectures.\nUnderstanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and conversational AI.\nExperience working across HR, IT, Security, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders.\nStrong communication, change management, and stakeholder influence skills.\nCompensation\nThe target salary range for this position is $170,000-$205,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
