The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with VP-level stakeholders while also guiding analysts and developers through requirements, SQL logic, Power BI design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.\nJob Requirements\nLead discovery discussions with senior business leaders to understand reporting priorities, success metrics, decision workflows, and dashboard adoption goals\nManage multiple Power BI dashboard projects simultaneously, including intake, scope definition, prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, release management, and stakeholder communication\nStrong Dashboard Designing skills for all the various levels of organization like SVP,VP and down to the Sales Rep Level.\nDevelop strong understanding of sales processes, SFDC data, pipeline management, forecasting, planning, quota, incentives, compensation, and marketplace transaction data across AWS, Azure, and GCP\nDesign and deliver scalable Power BI solutions using SQL, semantic models, DAX, dataflows, Snowflake or cloud data warehouse sources, and reusable reporting patterns\nEnsure dashboard accuracy, performance, governance, documentation, refresh reliability, access controls, and alignment between Power BI, SFDC, and source data systems\nUse AI-assisted analytics, natural language querying, anomaly detection, automated insights, and Copilot-enabled workflows to improve speed, quality, and business impact of reporting deliverables\nBuild executive-ready narratives, business reviews, and insight presentations that clearly explain trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for sales and GTM leadership\nEducation\n8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, revenue analytics, or GTM analytics, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise dashboard portfolios\nHands-on Dashboard Designing skills for developing visually appealing dashboards and it is a must have for this role.\nProven experience building executive-level Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reporting frameworks, and data visualization solutions that influence business decisions\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DAX, data modeling, Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, and modern BI delivery practices\nStrong program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional delivery, mentor analytics team members, and communicate trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders\nHands-on experience applying AI to analytics use cases such as automated data exploration, dashboard copilots, insight generation, data quality checks, forecasting support, and productivity automation is highly desirable\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required;
