results and demonstrates the ability to take a cross-team leadership role.\nJob Requirements\nAs a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:\nDesign, build, and deliver capabilities across Go Microservices and React applications.\nShape architecture and system design for secure, event-driven services, APIs, and data models on Kubernetes.\nMake trade-offs across scale, multi-tenancy, reliability, security, and cost.\nBuild responsive, accessible React and TypeScript experiences on well-designed APIs.\nLead design discussions with partner teams and help set engineering practices.\nClear most blockers yourself, and raise major risks early with options.\nMentor engineers and coordinate work across teams.\nRaise reliability through testing, CI/CD, observability, SLOs, and incident analysis.\nRequirements:\nA minimum of 8 years of applicable software development experience is required.\nStrong experience with production Go services, including concurrency, profiling, and tuning.\nStrong system design and architecture skills for scalable, resilient Microservices and APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC).\nHands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis, including data modeling, indexing, and query tuning.\nKnowledge of distributed systems: Kafka or NATS messaging, caching, idempotency, and consistency.\nSolid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, and observability such as Prometheus or OpenTelemetry.\nUnderstanding of OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC, multi-tenancy, and secrets management.\nExperience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and reusable UI components.\nEducation\nA minimum of 8 years of applicable experience is required.\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, not
