Job Summary: Responsible for delivering an enterprise-class software product. The Software Engineer thrives as part of a high-performance team tasked with finding creative solutions to the most profound data challenges customers face. Job Requirements: Create detailed designs and implement major management components for disaster recovery control plane software. Work closely with back-end developers, front-end developers, and the QA team to deliver world-class products on schedule. Hands-on coding, both developing and extending RESTful APIs and writing client-side code which interacts with other APIs (RESTful and SDKs). Design, develop, and maintain backend software, including enhancements, bug fixes, and POCs. Develop complex orchestration capabilities to configure and manage VMware vSphere entities, including VM, Host, Cluster, etc. for disaster recovery. Design, develop, and implement unit and scenario testing for the existing code base and for new functionality under development.
