Partnering closely with your Client Executive, you will build strong customer relationships, uncover business challenges, and design modern data solutions that help organizations accelerate digital transformation and achieve their strategic objectives.\nIn this role, you will lead the technical engagement throughout the entire sales cycle, supporting both existing customers and new business opportunities. You will architect and position solutions within complex IT environments, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and demonstrate the full value of NetApp’s portfolio across hybrid cloud, data management, cybersecurity, and AI-driven technologies. If you are passionate about solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and helping customers navigate their data-driven future, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across the Zurich Region and the wider German-speaking part of Switzerland.\nJob Requirements\nProven (4 year +) success supporting enterprise or large customers in complex sales cycles \nEngage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery\nStrong knowledge of Data Storage, Data Protection/Continuity (including Cyber), Virtualization, Containers and ideally Cloud architectures.\nStrong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value\nCollaborate with client executives, channel partners and specialists to deliver seamless outcomes and drive demand generation, enablement, and joint selling motions.\nDemonstrate ownership of issues / solutions / architectures in customer or partner environments and work with extended team to help resolve for delivering the highest customer experience.\nStrong expertise in Technical Pre-Sales, with the ability to do hands-on POCs and conduct technical workshops\nAbility to assist in creating ROI/TCO overview and competitive advantages of solution offerings\nExcellent written and verbal (Swiss-) German/English communication skills, including making technology oriented commercial presentations and answering RFPs with partners or sales.\nMaintain deep knowledge of NetApp’s portfolio and competitive landscape to guide customer strategy.\nPartner closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.\nTravel to the prospective customer's sites & locations as necessary.\nKnowledge of NetApp’s competitive and alliance landscape would be an added advantage\nEducation\nTypically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree;
