Partnering closely with your Client Executive, you will build strong customer relationships, uncover business challenges, and design modern data solutions that help customers accelerate digital transformation and achieve their strategic objectives.\nIn this role, you will lead the technical engagement throughout the entire sales cycle, supporting both existing customers and new business opportunities. You will architect and position solutions within complex IT environments, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and demonstrate the full value of NetApp’s portfolio across hybrid cloud, data management, cybersecurity, and AI-driven technologies. the Stockholm region and the wider Swedish market.\nJob Responsibilities\nProven 4+ years of success supporting enterprise or large customers through complex sales cycles.\nEngage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.\nStrong knowledge of data storage, data protection and business continuity, virtualization, containers, and ideally cloud architectures.\nStrong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.\nCollaborate closely with Client Executives, channel partners, and specialists to deliver seamless customer outcomes and support demand generation, enablement, and joint selling activities.\nTake ownership of technical issues, solutions, and architectures within customer and partner environments, working with the extended team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.\nStrong technical pre-sales expertise, including the ability to conduct hands-on POCs, demos, and technical workshops.\nAbility to support the development of ROI/TCO analyses and clearly articulate the competitive advantages of proposed solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal Swedish and English communication skills, including the ability to deliver technology-focused commercial presentations and contribute to RFP responses with partners and sales teams.\nMaintain a deep understanding of NetApp’s portfolio and the competitive landscape to help guide customer strategy.\nPartner closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.\nWillingness to travel to customer and partner locations across Sweden as required.\nKnowledge of NetApp’s competitive and technology alliance landscape is an advantage.\nJob Requirements\nStrong interest in emerging IT trends and technologies, including public and hybrid cloud, containerization, DevOps practices, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.\nPassion for advising customers on their digital transformation and data strategy, with a focus on co-creating innovative solutions that address real business challenges.\nAnalytical mindset combined with a creative, collaborative, and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.\nSolid technical knowledge across enterprise and cloud computing, virtualization, storage, data protection, backup, and high-availability solutions.\nFamiliarity with NetApp technologies and solutions is a strong advantage.\nA degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.\nPrevious experience building and managing technical relationships with customers and partners, ideally within enterprise environments, service providers, or global system integrators.\nDemonstrated ability to self-learn and quickly develop new technical skills, combined with a proactive approach to continuous learning.\nComfortable working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment, openly sharing field experience, technical
