Software engineers focus on enhancements to existing products as well as new product development.\nThis is an early in career technical position that requires an individual to be systems-focused, creative, team-oriented, technologically savvy, able to work in a small and large cross-functional teams, willing to learn and driven to produce results.\nJob Requirements\nStrong foundation in system software design and development.\nHands-on programming experience in C, C++, and Python.\nDeep understanding of Unix/Linux systems programming and multithreaded application development.\nSolid knowledge of operating system internals and related concepts.\nExperience in the Storage domain and Distributed Systems is highly desirable.\nDemonstrated commitment to software engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.\nProven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within aggressive timelines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse technical and business stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of customer deployment environments and experience collaborating with teams beyond engineering.\nSelf-driven, motivated, and adaptable individual with strong ownership, independence, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.\nContribute as a key member of the engineering team in developing new features, sustaining existing functionality, and addressing engineering escalations.\nParticipate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, debugging, testing, and customer support.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as QA, System Test Engineering, and other engineering groups to understand customer requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and incorporate valuable feedback into product development.\nWork effectively with fellow engineers to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve complex technical challenges.\nEducation\nA Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 4-8 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree;
