While programming language experience, we expect engineers to incorporate AI-native engineering practices.\nKey Responsibilities :\nOwn the functional, performance and scalability of data plane rich with data management. \nOwn features through the entire software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. \nDesign, develop, and operate cloud-native services leveraging containers, microservices, distributed systems principles, and modern CI/CD practices. \nDrive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nCollaborate across engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, and customer-facing experiences. \nParticipate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to help drive technical excellence and engineering best practices. \nTroubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability, scalability, and operational improvements. \nWork closely with product management, architects, and partner teams to translate customer and business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. \nEffectively communicate technical concepts, design tradeoffs, and project status to stakeholders across the organization. \nContribute to the technical growth of the team through knowledge sharing, code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship opportunities.\nJob Requirements\nExperience with Python for test automation, validation frameworks, tooling, CI/CD integration, or operational automation. \nFamiliarity with C/C++, GO, React, TypeScript, or C# is desirable for engineers to work across existing service components and user-facing workflows. \nExperience developing RESTful APIs or service-to-service integrations. \nExperience designing, deploying, and operating microservices-based applications using Kubernetes, containers, and modern CI/CD practices. \nExperience with software quality practices including automated testing, performance optimization, and security best practices. \nExperience with observability, monitoring, telemetry, and operational excellence practices. \nKnowledge building and operating cloud-native distributed systems in Azure, AWS, or GCP. \nStrong aptitude for learning new technologies. \nPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills. \nCreative and analytical approach to problem solving.\nEducation\nA Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 2+ years related experience; A Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 0+ years related experience; or equivalent experience is required.\nCompensation:\nThe target salary range for this position is 113,050 - 168,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
