You will lead and collaborate with other product managers and technical marketing engineers and engineering to drive the outcomes\nJob Responsibilities\nBuild and execute product strategies for growth acceleration, and self-enablement.\nWork closely with product development and engineering teams to guide product direction and roadmap based on industry trends and customer insights.\nEngage directly with customers and partners, providing expert advice, best practices, and support for seamless deployments.\nPerform competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry developments and uncover new avenues for expansion.\nAct as a company spokesperson at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing expertise in workloads\nDeliver training and enablement for sales and technical pre-sales teams to ensure effective customer interactions.\nGenerate compelling technical marketing content, such as videos, blogs, and presentations, to convey the benefits and technical capabilities of NetApp StorageGRID.\nJob Requirements\nSignificant experience (12+ years) in product management, technical marketing, or a related field within the cloud, storage or hi-tech.\nProfound knowledge of Public Cloud Services, enterprise customer adoption of new services, hybrid cloud migration, enterprise workloads.\nDemonstrated ability in creating technical content and presenting persuasively to both technical and executive audiences.\nExceptional communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.\nWillingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events as necessary.\nEducation & Qualifications\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with public cloud tools, growth practices and processes.\nKnowledge of building and monitoring key performance indicator to give visibility into leading and lagging trackers.\nFamiliarity with Object Storage, Data Lakes, AI/ML, software development life cycle, security practices and other technologies pertinent to enterprise workloads.\nEducation:\nBachelor's Computer Science, or related technical discipline, required. Masters in related technical discipline or business required.\nCompensation:\nThe target salary range for this position is 196,350 - 292,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
