While programming language experience, we expect engineers to incorporate AI-native engineering practices.\nJob Requirements\nOwn the functional, performance and scalability of data plane rich with data management \nOwn features through the entire software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.\nDesign, develop, and operate cloud-native services leveraging containers, microservices, distributed systems principles, and modern CI/CD practices.\nDrive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate across engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, and customer-facing experiences.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to help drive technical excellence and engineering best practices.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability, scalability, and operational improvements.\nWork closely with product management, architects, and partner teams to translate customer and business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.\nEffectively communicate technical concepts, design tradeoffs, and project status to stakeholders across the organization.\nContribute to the technical growth of the team through knowledge sharing, code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship opportunities.\nEducation\n12+ years of experience in software/systems engineering.\n5+ years of experience in data management systems & storage platforms for managing and storing data across various workloads and environments.
