externally and internationally).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCluster Management: configure and manage Confluent Cloud clusters (Dedicated Single-Zone) and related connectivity via Confluent CLI.\n\nCloud Networking: implement network infrastructure on Azure, managing VNets, Subnets, Private Links, and Private Endpoints to ensure secure and isolated communications.\n\nConnectivity Troubleshooting: resolve complex connectivity and name resolution issues using network analysis tools (DNS, Azure Private DNS Zones, NSG, Azure Bastion).\n\nNetwork Testing: perform reachability and latency tests using diagnostic tools (nslookup, dig, telnet, netcat) and verify proper stream encryption (TLS/SSL).\n\nDevelopment Support: interface with development teams to optimize the integration of Kafka clients (Java/Python) with the cloud infrastructure.\n\nRequirements:\n\nData Streaming: solid experience with the Confluent platform (Cloud/Dedicated) and Apache Kafka.\n\nAzure Expertise: deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure core services (Resource Groups, Networking, Private Link, Network Security Groups).\n\nNetworking & Security: excellent understanding of TCP/IP protocols, Firewall management, DNS, and TLS/SSL certificates.\n\nTechnical Tooling: proficiency in Confluent CLI and primary network troubleshooting tools (nslookup, netcat, telnet).\n\nKafka Clients: familiarity with Kafka client technologies (Java or Python).\n\nThe role requires a commitment of two days per week and is fully remote.\n\nWe offer:\n\nAttractive salary package, commensurate with
