This is a 6-month, full-time (~40 hours/week) engagement with potential to extend. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will carry a portfolio of primarily engineering roles from day one, with some flex to support other teams as priorities shift.\nIn this role you will:\nOwn a portfolio of product and engineer reqs end to end, from intake to signed offer, with flex to support non-technical roles as needed Proactively source and engage passive candidates to build strong, diverse pipelines quickly\n\nRun intake with engineering hiring managers to lock scorecards and technical requirements before sourcing starts\n\nSource and engage passive engineering talent through GitHub, open source communities, and technical networks to build strong, diverse pipelines quickly\n\nCoordinate technical interview loops, facilitate debriefs, and drive timely hiring decisions\n\nHold offers inside approved comp bands and partner with Finance on exceptions\n\nPartner with hiring managers across the US, UK, and EMEA on role requirements and priorities\n\nKeep Ashby data accurate and report on pipeline health and progress against hiring goals\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles\n\n2+ years working in a fast paced, early stage (\n\nProven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, especially with Python, Go, and enterprise software experience\n\nAbility to ramp quickly and deliver results with minimal onboarding\n\nExperience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nExcellent organization and attention to detail, which are critical to keep up with a high volume of open roles and applicants\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles, applicants, and priorities at once\n\nAvailability to work during US East Coast or Central business hours for the duration of the contract\n\nDesire to get things done and win the best candidates\n\nAbout NetBox Labs:\nNetBox Labs helps companies build and manage complex networks.
