You will own the flow of information between accounting, FP&A and the rest of the business, and you will use modern AI tools to take manual work out of it. You do not need to be a CPA. You need to be a builder who understands how finance work moves, can see where it gets stuck, and can fix it.\n What You'll Do\nRun the Finance Operating Rhythm\nOwn the monthly close calendar and give everyone outside accounting a clear view of what is open and when it lands.\nKeep a single tracker for deadlines, owners and dependencies across accounting, FP&A, orders and RevOps.\nRun the recurring finance meetings, capture decisions and follow every action item to closure.\nFix How Information Moves\nMap how information flows between finance teams and find where work waits.\nSet up simple, repeatable hand-offs, so teams are told about changes (new vendors, entities, team moves) before systems break.\nTurn one-off requests into standard reports and dashboards that go out on a schedule.\nAutomate With AI\nFind manual, repetitive finance tasks and replace them with AI tools and automated workflows.\nWrite short playbooks and train finance team members to use them.\nMeasure results: hours saved, days cut from the close, errors avoided.\nSupport Projects and Audits\nCoordinate cross-functional finance projects from scoping to delivery, including audit requests and year-end work.\nPrepare clean, well-organized support for auditors and the executive team.\nHelp prepare and track budget and planning milestones.\n What You Bring\n4 to 6 years in finance operations, FP&A, revenue accounting, accounting operations, business operations or a similar role\nComfortable with the close, month-end reporting and the order-to-cash flow, even if you have not run them\nAI experience (Claude preferred) with curiosity for trying new tools.\nYou can run a project with many owners, track it and finish it\nClear writing, steady follow-up, and the ability to work with people you do not manage\nManual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.\nStationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.\nWhat We Offer\nOur comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.\nFor this role, the estimated base is $115,000 - $140,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.\nThe range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
