Instead of using scripting language such as Python, Perl, Ansible, Puppet, etc. to automate pre-defined problems at smaller scale, you can use NetBrain to automate thousands of network problems and achieve true end to end network automation. With this role, you will provide automation solutions for the largest Enterprises and Service Providers in the world, helping them automate high frequency, high cost tickets resolution.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nContribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs\nLead customers in the identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations through analysis of ITSM data\nAnalyze customer’s network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions\nTrain and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue to automate on the NetBrain platform\nArchitect and create automation for critical network operations tasks through NetBrain’s automation capabilities (Runbook, Qapp, Dataview, integrations etc.)\nEngage with existing vendor partnerships, research public domain knowledge to create automation content\nAdditional responsibilities as assigned.\nWho You Are\nYou have a degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience preferably in a partner/post-sales services or consultant role\n5+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles.\nSolid understanding of common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nStrong attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient solutions.\nFluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills\nNetBrain invites all interested and qualified candidates to apply for employment opportunities.\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.\nIf you have a disability that prevents or limits your ability to use or access the site, or if you require any other accommodation in the application process due to a disability, you may request a reasonable accommodation.
