We need a detail-oriented and logical programmer who loves to be part of a team and is comfortable collaborating across multiple areas of the organization. There are opportunities for employees with top performance to transfer to other offices in the future. \nWhat You'll Do\nProvide guidance and support to junior QA engineers and share best practices.\nDevelop detailed test plans and test strategies from requirements and specifications.\nDesign comprehensive test cases and scenarios covering functional and non-functional requirements.\nExecute manual and automated tests across functional, regression, performance, usability, and security areas.\nIdentify, document, track, and help resolve software defects with development teams.\nCollect and analyze quality metrics and prepare test reports for stakeholders.\nParticipate in design and code reviews from a QA perspective.\nEvaluate and recommend QA tools and technologies.\nMaintain QA environments, tools, and test data.\nAssess release risks and recommend mitigation strategies.\nEnsure software meets internal standards, regulatory expectations, and best practices.\nDevelop and maintain automated scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.\nAct as a liaison between customers and the development team on quality concerns.\nPerform any other responsibilities assigned.\nWhat You Are\nBachelor’s degree with typically 5+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, or equivalent work experience.\nCloud experience, preferably AWS.\nLarge-scale software testing experience, including databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman.\nPerformance testing experience.\nProficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.\nExperience with automation tools such as Jenkins and Selenium.\nKnowledge of network monitoring tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams.\nNice to have Skills\nNetworking or cloud certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCIP.\nHands-on ITSM data analysis for automation opportunities.\nExperience with customer-facing content such as knowledge base articles or training videos.\nAbility to deliver in-person or virtual product training.\nMentoring or coaching experience with junior QA team members.\nNetBrain invites all interested and qualified candidates to apply for employment opportunities.\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.\nIf you have a disability that prevents or limits your ability to use or access the site, or if you require any other accommodation in the application process due to a disability, you may request a reasonable accommodation.
