As a Senior Network Automation Engineer, you'll partner directly with customers to identify high-impact automation opportunities, then architect and build solutions using NetBrain's automation capabilities-Runbooks, Qapps, Dataviews, and integrations. You'll blend deep network engineering expertise with hands-on customer enablement, training engineers to carry automation forward long after your engagement ends. US Citizenship is required.\n What You'll Do\nContribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs\nLead customers in the identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations through analysis of ITSM data\nAnalyze customer’s network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions\nTrain and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue to automate on the NetBrain platform\nArchitect and create automation for critical network operations tasks through NetBrain’s automation capabilities (Runbook, Qapp, Dataview, integrations etc.)\nEngage with existing vendor partnerships, research public domain knowledge to create automation content\nAdditional responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat You Bring\nUnited States Citizenship\nBachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles.\nSolid understanding of common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nStrong attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient solutions.\nAbility to travel as needed for customer engagements and workshops.\nManual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.\nStationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.\nWhat We Offer\nOur comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.\nFor this role, the estimated base is $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.\nThe range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
