This is a highly visible position for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems while shaping the evolution of a modern SaaS platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end resolution of complex, high-impact customer issues, including deep technical investigation, root cause analysis, and validation of fixes\nAct as a key liaison between customers, support, engineering, and product teams to drive timely resolution and ensure alignment across stakeholders\nTranslate customer issues and recurring patterns into actionable insights, including well-defined feature requests and product improvement recommendations\nPartner with product management and engineering to influence roadmap priorities, improve product stability, and enhance overall customer experience\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, web-based SaaS applications, contributing across the full stack-from system architecture and data design to implementation, testing, and performance optimization\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, reliability, and usability in a multi-tenant SaaS environment\nResearch, evaluate, and apply new and emerging technologies to continuously improve product capabilities and engineering efficiency\nServe as a subject matter expert for internal teams and customers, providing deep technical guidance and mentorship\nParticipate in an on-call rotation \n What You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience\n5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications\nStrong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and system-level concepts (memory, storage, file systems)\nSolid experience with object-oriented design and modern architectural patterns (e.g., Domain-Driven Design)\nDeep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern backend architecture\nExperience building and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms, with strong proficiency in EF Core, PostgreSQL, and query optimization\nHands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., RDS, Lambda, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch) in production environments\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve engineering efficiency\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences\nSelf-motivated and able to operate independently while collaborating across teams\nWhat We Offer\nOur comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize the impact that our people make in helping us achieve our goals.\nFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between CAD $130,000 - CAD $148,000 plus potential bonus.
