Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.\nWhat We Need\nNetBrain is seeking a Strategic Technology Alliances Director to expand and activate our ecosystem of technology and consulting partners. This role focuses on identifying and evangelizing joint value between NetBrain and adjacent platforms-helping customers and partners understand how integrated solutions can deliver greater operational impact.\nThis is a customer-facing, individual contributor role that bridges product innovation and go-to-market execution. You will not be responsible for building integrations, but for ensuring the value of those integrations is clearly articulated, adopted, and scaled across the ecosystem.\nThe Impact You'll Make\nNetBrain sits within a dense ecosystem of technologies used by the world’s largest enterprises. This role is critical in ensuring we don’t just integrate into that ecosystem-but actively shape and amplify the value created across it. Success is measured by the activation and adoption of joint solutions, not just the existence of partnerships.\n What You'll Do\nIdentify and develop strategic alliances with software and hardware technology partners (e.g., ServiceNow, Dynatrace, ThousandEyes)\nDrive the go-to-market activation of joint solutions, ensuring successful launch, positioning, and customer adoption\nPartner with Product and R&D to stay aligned on integration priorities and translate them into compelling external narratives\nTrack and report on alliance success metrics including partner agreements, joint launches, and customer adoption\nCollaborate with Marketing to support joint campaigns, webinars, and partner-facing content\nEngage directly with customers and partners to position the future-state value of integrated solutions\nProactively identify new ecosystem opportunities and bring them forward for evaluation and activation\n What You Bring\nExperience working with or within enterprise technology ecosystems (networking, observability, ITSM, or adjacent domains)\nStrong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value\nBackground in a network vendor, SaaS company, or consulting/partner organization\nProven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment\nHighly proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business audiences\nWillingness to travel within your territory as required.\nManual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.\nStationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.\nWhat We Offer\nOur comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.\nFor this role, the estimated base is $175,000 - $210,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.\nThe range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
