organization captures demand, manages project execution, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Technical Leadership\nLead the architectural design and technical strategy for a unified ServiceNow workflow supporting request intake, demand evaluation, and project lifecycle management.\nDefine and implement integration patterns between ServiceNow, Confluence, and WordPress to support internal collaboration and external communication.\nServe as the primary technical authority, guiding development standards, solution design, and platform governance.\nWorkflow & Module Implementation\nDesign and implement an end-to-end workflow that:\nCaptures internal and external BI requests through a unified intake process.\nRoutes requests through Demand Management for triage, prioritization, and decision-making.\nTransitions approved demands into PPM for project planning, execution, and reporting.\nPublishes or synchronizes relevant project information to Confluence and WordPress.\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules including:\nDemand Management\nProject Portfolio Management (PPM)\nRequest Management\nCustom applications and workflow automation\nDevelop forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations to support the full lifecycle.\nIntegration Development (Confluence & WordPress)\nArchitect and implement REST API integrations between ServiceNow, Confluence, and WordPress.\nAutomate:\nCreation and updating of Confluence pages or spaces tied to demands and projects.\nPublishing of project milestones, status updates, or approved content to WordPress.\nSynchronization of metadata, documentation, and governance across platforms.\nEnsure integrations follow enterprise security, authentication, and content governance standards.\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration\nLead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts throughout the project lifecycle.\nCollaborate with BI leadership, PMO, content management teams, and platform owners to ensure alignment across systems.\nConduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and guide best practices for workflow automation and integrations.\nGovernance, Quality, & Compliance\nEstablish and maintain development standards, documentation practices, and integration governance.\nEnsure all solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and performance requirements.\nOversee testing, validation, and deployment activities across ServiceNow and integrated platforms.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to streamline collaboration, documentation, and external communication through automation.\nRecommend enhancements to improve user experience across ServiceNow, Confluence, and WordPress.\nContribute to the long-term roadmap for BI workflow optimization and platform maturity.\nRequired Qualifications\nFullscope TS/SCI\n5-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including leadership of complex implementations.\nStrong expertise with Demand Management, PPM, and workflow automation.\nProven experience integrating ServiceNow with collaboration or CMS platforms (Confluence, WordPress, SharePoint, etc.).\nProficiency with REST APIs, authentication models (OAuth, Basic Auth), and integration security.\nStrong JavaScript skills and experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI customization.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITBM/PPM).\nExperience with Confluence API, WordPress REST API, and content governance workflows.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps
