Cross-Functional Ownership: Comfortable acting as both product owner and programme lead.\nExecution and Delivery Management: Skilled at driving engineering teams toward predictable, high-quality outcomes.\nCustomer-Facing Problem Solving: Able to guide technical conversations and handle client escalations confidently.\nPayroll and Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of U. S. payroll and HCM in regulated, compliance-heavy environments.\nNice to Have: Exposure to payroll/FinTech SaaS, integration platforms, .
