NET Core / ASP. NET Core and C#.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems with scalability and reliability in mind.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, front-end engineers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.\nMentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.\nIdentify system bottlenecks, architectural gaps, and technical debt; drive refactoring and modernisation initiatives.\nEnsure strong engineering practices through automated testing, documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards.\nImprove system observability and reliability using logging, monitoring, and debugging tools.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and proactively troubleshoot production incidents while implementing preventive solutions.\nContribute to a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.\n\nRequirements: \n4+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems using. NET, ASP.
