This role offers hands-on exposure to keyword research, on-page optimization, AI-powered search visibility, content creation, technical SEO, link building, and performance reporting across our live enterprise website.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend research to identify content and ranking opportunities.\nOptimize course, certification, vendor, local, and blog pages using keywords, metadata, headings, content structure, and internal links.\nSupport AEO and GEO initiatives through FAQs, schema markup, and answer-focused content to improve visibility in AI-generated search results.\nWrite and optimize SEO blogs and website content based on the monthly content plan.\nCreate visuals for the NetCom Learning LinkedIn showcase page using Canva and AI design tools, following brand guidelines.\nPerform technical SEO checks using Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to identify broken links, redirects, duplicate metadata, indexing issues, and Core Web Vitals concerns.\nIdentify quality link-building opportunities and support brand visibility across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and Medium.\nTrack rankings, traffic, impressions, and clicks using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.\nReview forms, CTAs, and page layouts to suggest improvements in conversion rates and lead quality.\nPrepare performance reports with key insights and recommendations.\nCollaborate with content, design, and development teams, participate in daily marketing calls, and share progress updates.\nQualifications\nGraduate or final-year student in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, backlinks, and search rankings.\nClear written English and the ability to turn research into simple, readable content.\nInterest in AI-powered search tools such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.\nWillingness to learn new tools, take ownership of tasks, and work collaboratively.\nPreferred Skills\nMBA or graduates from Marketing or relevant fields with SEO experience, including internships or personal projects.\nExposure to Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.\nFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS) and website content optimization.\nBasic understanding of AEO, GEO, local SEO, technical SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).\nExperience with Canva or AI-powered design tools.\nAwareness of Google algorithm
