Overview:\nThe Product Analyst oversees the training catalog end-to-end: maintains CMS data, coordinates pricing and schedules with vendors, drives SEO and discovery, analyzes enrollments, manages lifecycle from launch to retirement, conducts competitor research, aligns cross-functional teams, attends enablement sessions, and delivers internal product training to achieve growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain accurate course, product, and certification data within the CMS, including details such as books, labs, and related resources.\nCollaborate with product managers to strengthen relationships and explore partnership opportunities.\nOversee full course lifecycle management-from launch to retirement.\nDevelop SEO-friendly meta descriptions and support the discovery of courses.\nMaintain and update the Master Course List and Pricing Sheet in coordination with Vendor Managers.\nCustomize & create learning roadmap.\nAlign course schedules with strategic objectives and ensure timely publication on NetCom and vendor platforms.\nAnalyze enrollment data and generate reports to support revenue and learner growth targets.\nConduct competitor research to identify gaps and recommend enhancements to course offerings.\nCoordinate with internal teams-Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Instructors-to ensure cross-functional alignment and leverage expertise for strategic initiatives.\nAttend vendor enablement sessions and share insights with internal stakeholders.\nConducting product training for internal teams.\nSkills & Competencies:\n1-3 years of experience in the relevant industry/Edtech Industry\nGood understanding of AI tools and applications.\nProficiency with CMS tools, Excel, power BI and reporting platforms\nAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities\nStrong analytical, communication, and project management skills.\nExperience with Agile methodologies is a plus.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering.\nExcellent communication and presentation
