This role combines Leadership Hiring, HR Operations, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Workplace Operations, making it ideal for someone who can balance strategic hiring with people initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders.\nYou will play a key role in building exceptional teams, enhancing employee experience, driving performance excellence, and supporting organizational growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership Talent Acquisition\nLead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, strategic, IT, and Non-IT positions across multiple business functions. \nPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities. \nDevelop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, executive search, job portals, referrals, and professional networks. \nScreen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. \nManage stakeholder communication, interview coordination, offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate experience. \nBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. \nTrack recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and provide hiring insights through dashboards and reports. \nHR Operations & People Experience\nDrive end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience. \nOwn the Performance Management framework, including 30-60-90 day reviews, KRAs/KPIs, scorecards, and performance review cycles. \nLead HR policy implementation, compliance, workplace operations, and employee engagement initiatives. \nPartner with business leaders to implement people strategies, drive change management, and support workforce planning. \nManage HRMS, employee records, HR documentation, reporting, and HR analytics while continuously improving HR processes and operational efficiency. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Administration, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth workplace operations and an exceptional employee experience. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \nMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience. \nProven experience in Leadership Hiring, IT Recruitment, and Non-IT Recruitment. \nHands-on experience in HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, and Performance Management. \nExperience in HR policy implementation, stakeholder management, and people initiatives. \nStrong understanding of HR processes, employment documentation, compliance, and HR best practices. \nExperience working with ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals. \nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \nPreferred Skills\nLeadership Hiring & Executive Search \nIT & Non-IT Recruitment \nPerformance Management Systems (PMS) \nKRA/KPI Development & Performance Scorecards \nHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management \nHR Policy Implementation & Compliance \nWorkplace Operations & Employee Engagement \nStakeholder Management & Business Partnering \nWorkforce Planning & HR Analytics \nATS, HRMS & Recruitment Reporting \nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment \nWhy Join NetCom Learning?\nOpportunity to work with a globally recognized learning organization and be part of the Sarder Ecosystem. \nLead strategic leadership hiring and organization-wide HR initiatives. \nExposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, and People Strategy. \nPartner directly with business leaders and influence key people decisions. \nCollaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture. \nContinuous learning, professional development, and career advancement opportunities. \nIf you're passionate about building high-performing teams, driving people initiatives, and contributing to organizational growth through strategic Talent Acquisition and HR leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
