for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can drive strategic hiring and partner closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product, and Operations functions.\nYou will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and closure.\nSource qualified candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.\nScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.\nEvaluate candidates based on role requirements, relevant experience, communication skills, and organizational fit.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nMaintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates and feedback.\nNegotiate offers and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize employment terms.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nTrack recruitment progress, follow up on pending feedback, and ensure timely closure of open positions.\nBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future Non-IT hiring requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in an in-house recruitment environment.\nProven experience in Non-IT hiring, particularly across Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product, or Operations.\nStrong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Skills\nStrong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.\nExperience working with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.\nStrong follow-up and coordination skills with hiring managers and candidates.\nGood negotiation and offer management skills.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.\nData-driven approach to recruitment and ability to track hiring metrics.\nStrong ownership, attention to detail,
