Our portfolio spans enterprise IT training, certification programs, applied AI, and workforce transformation solutions.\nRole Overview\nThe Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in shaping high-quality learning, certification, and consulting solutions.\nThis role goes beyond instruction to include thought leadership, curriculum ownership, advisory support, and close collaboration with product, sales, and delivery teams. This role will entail content authoring, internal and external training opportunities, supporting marketing and sales teams with solutioning and participating in marketing events and motions. The SME ensures technical accuracy, market relevance, and measurable learning outcomes aligned with industry and client needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the authoritative expert in one or more technical domains such as Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Data, DevOps, or Software Engineering.\nDesign, review, and continuously update curriculum, certification content, labs, and assessments to align with industry standards and emerging technologies.\nCollaborate with product, sales, and deliver advanced technical training, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings (virtual and/or in-person).\nProvide technical guidance and advisory support for enterprise clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.\nMarketing teams to support solution positioning, proposals, demos, and pre-sales technical validation.\nMentor instructors, trainers, and junior SMEs to ensure consistent delivery quality and technical excellence.\nContribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, conference sessions, and internal knowledge assets.\nStay current with technology trends, certifications, tools, and competitive offerings within the assigned domain. Required Qualifications &\nExperience\n8+ years of hands-on industry experience in one or more relevant technology domains.\nDemonstrated expertise in applied implementation, architecture, consulting, or advanced training roles.\nStrong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning and business outcomes.\nProven experience contributing to curriculum development, certifications, or enterprise learning programs.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry-recognized certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft, CompTIA, AI/ML certifications).\nExperience working with global enterprise clients and distributed teams.\nBackground in product development, consulting, or technical strategy.\nComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving technology environments.
