organization.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Vice President - Finance & Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across Finance and Operations for our India business and global entities.\nThis is a high-impact leadership role working closely with the CFO, CEO and global executive leadership, while also engaging with investors, investment bankers, banks, auditors and other strategic stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, financial controls, profitability and global finance, along with practical US GAAP knowledge.\nThe role will focus on building a proactive Finance organization that improves profitability, strengthens cash flow, identifies revenue leakage, supports global high-performing Finance & Operations team.\nWhat You Will Do\nFinancial Strategy & Planning\nLead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow management.\nDevelop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.\nMonitor P&L, profitability, working capital and overall financial performance.\nProvide actionable financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.\nIdentify financial risks, opportunities and performance gaps proactively.\nProfitability & Financial Controls\nIdentify and reduce revenue leakage across billing, invoicing, collections and business processes.\nDrive cost optimization, margin improvement and stronger cash flow management.\nStrengthen internal controls, governance and financial processes.\nMove Finance from a reactive, transaction-focused model to a proactive business partnership function.\nGlobal Finance & US GAAP\nProvide finance leadership across a global, multi-entity environment.\nEnsure financial processes and reporting align with US GAAP requirements.\nWork with US-based finance teams, CPAs, auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.\nSupport global expansion by ensuring appropriate statutory, compliance and financial requirements are addressed.\nInvestor & Strategic Support\nSupport the CFO and CEO in discussions with investors, investment bankers, banks and strategic stakeholders.\nPrepare financial models, forecasts and analysis for investment and fundraising discussions.\nSupport evaluation of strategic investments and potential acquisitions.\nProvide financial analysis and due diligence support for M&A opportunities where required.\nFinance Transformation & Technology\nDrive automation across Finance & Operations using AI, technology and digital tools.\nSupport and help lead the ongoing Dynamics 365 migration and finance transformation.\nImprove reporting, dashboards, analytics and financial visibility.\nIdentify opportunities to standardize processes and reduce manual work.\nBusiness Partnership & Leadership\nPartner with executive and functional leaders to align financial strategy with business objectives.\nSupport profitability and financial discipline across NetCom Learning and the startup ecosystem.\nBuild, mentor and develop a high-performing Finance & Operations team.\nEstablish a culture of accountability, proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nPreferred Experience\n12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Controllership and/or Business Operations.\nStrong experience in multinational/global organizations and multi-entity businesses.\nUS GAAP knowledge and practical exposure is required.\nExposure to US investors, bankers, auditors, CPAs or other external financial stakeholders is preferred.\nExperience with finance transformation, ERP implementation, automation or AI-enabled finance.\nM&A / financial due diligence experience is a plus.\nExperience in SaaS, EdTech, Technology Services, AI or Global B2B businesses is preferred.\nCA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with US-based
