The position involves working within a service mailbox to manage SailPoint IdentityNow incidents, service requests, cloud engineering account requests, custom group package requests within Azure, and the delivery of periodic access certification campaigns. The role operates within established support and delivery processes, including incident management, request fulfilment, access reviews, certification campaigns, reporting, change management, automation development, and collaboration with internal support teams to maintain secure and compliant access controls.\nExperience Required:\nExperience supporting Identity and Access Management processes within an enterprise environment.\nExperience working with SailPoint IdentityNow for identity governance, provisioning, access management, and certification activities.\nExperience managing service requests and incidents through ServiceNow.\nExperience creating and maintaining access-related reports, dashboards, and audit information.\nUnderstanding of joiner, mover, and leaver processes and access lifecycle management.\nExperience raising and managing change requests in accordance with organisational change controls.\nExperience conducting and coordinating access certification campaigns, including reviewer engagement, remediation tracking, and audit evidence collection.\nExperience developing or supporting automation using SailPoint workflows and ServiceNow integrations to improve IAM operational efficiency.\nExperience working within an Agile environment (sprint planning, backlog refinements and retrospectives).\nKey Skills:\nWorking knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow, including access requests, certification campaigns, reporting, workflows, and administration.\nExperience managing service mailboxes and prioritising workloads based on business impact and SLA requirements.\nAbility to investigate and resolve SailPoint IdentityNow incidents and access-related issues.\nExperience processing cloud engineering account requests and custom Azure group package requests.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow incident, request, change, and workflow management processes.\nExperience configuring and administering certification campaigns within SailPoint IdentityNow.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow and SailPoint integration capabilities, including automation of access reviews, request fulfilment, notifications, escalations, and reporting activities.\nAbility to create reports and analyse identity governance data using SailPoint and ServiceNow.\nGood documentation and record-keeping skills for audit and compliance purposes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.\nSC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.\nAZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.\nITIL Foundation certification for incident, request, and change management processes.\nSailPoint IdentityNow Fundamentals or equivalent SailPoint training.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (desirable).\n Netcompany Academy\nThrough our Netcompany Academy, we offer a diverse range of courses, seminars and certifications carefully curated to support your development.
