What does it feel like to be a Logistics & End-User Support Operator in Netcompany?

As a Logistics & End-User Support Operator, you will:

• Manage end-user appointments and ensure an efficient distribution schedule.
• Welcome and guide end-users through the equipment handover and onboarding process.
• Verify identity and eligibility before releasing IT equipment.
• Prepare and check devices to ensure laptops and accessories are ready for distribution.
• Distribute equipment and explain the key onboarding and next steps to end-users.
• Assist with initial setup, including first login, connectivity, Windows and Microsoft Office configuration.
• Provide first-line support for basic issues and escalate unresolved technical incidents to the appropriate support team.
• Maintain asset and inventory records, documenting handovers, stock movements, discrepancies, damaged equipment and exceptions.

What would make you a good fit for the role:

• 1+ year of relevant experience in logistics, workplace support, service desk or end-user IT support.
• Good spoken and written English and French (minimum B2 level in both languages).
• Good understanding of logistics, goods handling and stock-management processes.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, with basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow documented procedures and operational instructions accurately.
• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing appointments, assets and handover records.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently or within a team; ITIL Foundation certification and a Category B driving licence are considered assets.
