The role combines platform engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and Generative AI/Agentic AI, with a focus on building highly scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance AI platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and develop enterprise-scale AI platform and infrastructure solutions.\n\n- Build highly available distributed systems using active-active and failover architectures.\n\n- Develop high-throughput, low-latency production services and APIs.\n\n- Design and manage cloud-native AI infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes.\n\n- Build infrastructure supporting LLM and Agentic AI workloads.\n\n- Implement and optimise AI model serving and inference infrastructure.\n\n- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications and services.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.\n\n- Implement secure coding, testing, monitoring, and reliability practices.\n\n- Contribute to technology strategy, platform standards, and continuous improvement.\n\nTechnical Requirements : \n\n- 7+ years of software/platform engineering experience, including 5+ years working with enterprise-scale platform or infrastructure architecture.\n\n- Strong experience with distributed systems, high availability, active-active architecture, and failover patterns.\n\n- Expert-level proficiency in Python, particularly FastAPI and asynchronous programming; Go or Java experience is also valuable.\n\n- Strong AWS experience, including : \n\n1. EKS\n\n2. Bedrock\n\n3. IAM\n\n4. Aurora\n\n5. CloudFormation\n\n6. GPU scheduling\n\n7. Multi-tenancy\n\n- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised infrastructure.\n\n- Experience with service mesh technologies, particularly Istio and Envoy.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI, including : \n\n1. LangGraph / LangChain\n\n2. Google ADK\n\n3. MCP\n\n4. A2A protocols\n\n5. Prompt engineering\n\n6. RAG\n\n7. vLLM\n\n- Experience building high-performance AI/ML platform infrastructure.\n\nPreferred / Additional Skills : \n\n- Experience implementing AI safety and guardrails, including : \n\n1. Prompt injection detection\n\n2. PII redaction\n\n3. Content filtering\n\n- Knowledge of AI security frameworks such as : \n\n1. NIST AI RMF\n\n2. MITRE ATLAS\n\n3.
