We believe in the power of agile and cross-functional collaboration, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to build outstanding digital solutions.\nYOUR JOB\nAs a Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Architect with a focus on Retail (Retail, Wholesale or Consumer Goods), you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern ERP solutions that serve as the backbone for scalable, data-driven retail businesses.\nYou will be part of our growing ERP capability, helping clients move from fragmented system landscapes to end-to-end connected processes across stores, e-commerce, and supply chains, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.\nIf you want to find out more about the ERP Practice, read our blog and watch Patrick, our Executive Director ERP Practice, share his vision for the department.\nYour job’s key responsibilities are:\nDesigning and optimizing end-to-end retail processes (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory and store logistics) with a focus on order management, basket sourcing, omnichannel pricing, and POS integration\n\nDriving ERP transformation initiatives with a strong fit-to-standard mindset, focusing on simplicity and scalability\n\nLeading workshops with business stakeholders across retail, e-commerce, and supply chains to analyze requirements and challenge existing processes\n\nTranslating business needs into structured, scalable SAP solutions and configuring them in S/4HANA Cloud\n\nEnsuring seamless integration of ERP into broader system landscapes (e.g. e-commerce platforms, logistics systems)\n\nSupporting testing, go-live, and rollout activities while ensuring high quality and user adoption\n\nActing as a trusted advisor to clients on how to leverage ERP as a strategic enabler for modern retail business models\n\nMentoring junior consultants and contributing to the development of our retail ERP capability\n\nStaying up to date with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition developments, retail trends, and best practices in ERP transformation\n\nRequirements\nYOUR SKILLS\nEssential Skills\n5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally in retail or consumer-facing industries\n\nProven experience with SAP S/4HANA (ideally Cloud/Public Edition)\n\nStrong understanding of retail business processes, especially in areas such as:\nS/4 HANA Sales (former Sales & Distribution / SD)\n\nS/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement (former Material Management / MM)\n\nExperience in ERP transformation projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementations or migrations)\n\nStrong ability to think in end-to-end processes, not isolated modules\n\nExperience in leading workshops and working closely with business stakeholders\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills in English\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of an agile, cross-functional team\n\nBeneficial Skills\nExperience with omnichannel setups (store + e-commerce integration)\n\nKnowledge of retail-specific topics such as pricing, promotions, or assortment management\n\nInitial experience in mentoring or leading small teams\n\nOUR OFFER\nWhile we're one company, each location has unique aspects and benefits.
