Student employee in Accounting (f/m/x) with 12-20 hours/week

YOUR JOB

Gain your (first) professional experience with us during your business studies and put your specialist knowledge from your studies into practice. In our 2-3 year trainee program, which you can easily combine with your university courses, you will get to know the different areas of operations within our accounting department and take on the following tasks after your initial training:

• Active involvement in ongoing, international accounting with paperless booking of incoming invoices, cash registers, banks, credit cards, and travel expenses for all group companies

• Supporting the team in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Familiarization with and support in the preparation of tax office reports

• Collaboration in the processing of annual audits

• Insight into international treasury and collaboration in the preparation of payment transactions and the dunning process

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS

• Ongoing business studies with a relevant focus (accounting, finance, etc.)

• Affinity for IT

• Curiosity for digital accounting processes in an international company

• Accurate and reliable way of working

• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2 level)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 33, 880gross/year for this position.
