This role requires a blend of business analysis, data governance, proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable sales processes and system improvements.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the primary contact and escalation point for the global Sales team for day-to-day sales operations needs.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into CRM enhancements, automation, workflows, reports, and dashboards.\nPerform business process analysis and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiencies.\nParticipate in post-merger integration projects including CRM migration, master data harmonization, territory alignment, and sales process standardization.\nAssist in clean up, maintenance, and enforcement of proper usage of CRM tool and ensure data accuracy and integration with all internal systems.\nManage internal approval process of corporate contracts with global customers including calculation of deals’ as sold effective rates and supporting approval workflows through CLM tools and CRM process governance.\nAnalysis and approval of customer’s purchase orders and management of internal license data base of the sold products in Jira.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities.\nCollaborate with sales leadership to help with alignment of the sales strategies with overall business objectives and market opportunities.\nWork closely with Finance to provide oversight and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including pipeline management, sales analysis, win/loss analysis, and sales metrics.\nHelp prepare presentations and materials for the sales team as needed.\nSkills and Experience \nExperience in enterprise software, telecommunications, SaaS, or technology companies\nStrong understanding and experience in working in a global sales team or with a global sales team\nCRM Administration experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar enterprise CRM)\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools\nProven experience managing simultaneous multiple priorities\nAbility to partner cross functionally throughout the company\nStrong MS excel and PPT skills\nSelf-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication skills in verbal and written English\nKnowledge of business communication via emailing, presentations,
