This role requires a blend of proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the primary contact and escalation point for the global Sales team for day-to-day sales operations needs.\nDevelop and improve the operational processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales performance.\nAssist in clean up, maintenance, and enforcement of proper usage of the CRM tool and ensure data accuracy and integrity within all internal systems.\nAssist in managing the sales pipeline and providing pipeline inputs for financial forecasts, coordinating and facilitating sales transactions.\nManage the internal approval process for corporate contracts with global customers, including calculating deals’ as-sold effective rates.\nAnalysis and approval of customers’ purchase orders and management of the internal license database of the sold products in Jira.\nWork closely with Business Profitability Management and Revenue Teams to perform additional sales deals and contract analysis and work interactively with the sales team to maximize efficiencies for each sales opportunity throughout the sales process.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities.\nCollaborate with sales leadership to help with alignment of the sales strategies with overall business objectives and market opportunities.\nWork closely with marketing, delivery, engineering, and product management teams to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment.\nWork closely with Finance to provide oversight and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including pipeline management, sales analysis, win/loss analysis, and sales metrics.\nHelp prepare presentations and materials for the sales team as needed.\nSkills and Experience \n2-5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role\nStrong understanding and experience in working in a global sales team or with a global sales team\nFamiliarity with any Salesforce automation tool\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools\nProven experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously\nAbility to partner cross-functionally throughout the company\nStrong MS Excel and PPT skills\nSelf-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication skills in verbal and written English\nKnowledge of business communication via emailing, presentations, and conference meetings\nStrong organizational and decision-making skills\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree required or relevant experience\nBase Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000, plus
