You’ll enjoy both individual coaching and development and training in small groups. Sometimes you’ll prepare structured training for the wider team; other times you’ll be asked to put together a short objection handling exercise for tomorrow’s sales meeting. What matters most is that you’re flexible, you connect easily with people, and you get real satisfaction from helping the team exceed their sales goals. You will be closely connected to our team in the U.S. as we all develop and share resources and best practices for ongoing training around sales skills, sales tools (Gong, Salesforce), and product knowledge. \nAbout us \nNetDocuments is a rapidly growing legal technology SaaS company headquartered in Lehi, Utah. We are expanding our Sales Enablement team to help our sellers win, and we are adding a key role to support our EMEA team in our UK office. \nWhat you’ll do \nCoach individual sellers to raise their performance, through call coaching, deal reviews, and immediate feedback \nHelp design and deliver group training, from short sessions to more detailed training, whatever the team needs to win \nTeach sellers the NetDocuments product, our sales process, and our sales tech \nOnboard new hires and help interview candidates \nAdapt existing materials and create new ones as needs come up \nWho you might be \nYou’ve made sellers better. There are a few ways you might have done that: \nA successful seller who has led or mentored a team, and has delivered effective coaching and training sessions and enjoyed doing so \nA sales manager who wants to move into a dedicated development role and has successfully delivered coaching and training in their current position \nA sales enablement professional who is quick on their feet and comfortable teaching without a long runway \nWhat we need \nAt least 5 years combined across sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement, including at least 1 year as a successful seller with a sales quota \nExperience training, coaching, and mentoring others \nComfort teaching in front of groups, and the ability to pivot quickly \nStrong written and verbal communication \nA genuine drive to see other people succeed \nWorking arrangement \nYou’ll be in our Reading office 2 to 3 days a week and remote the rest.
